Some Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: I reserved my seat in the class, where is my confirmation email?

A: Confirmation emails are sent within 24 hours of payment receipt. If it has been over 24 hours, please check your spam folder.

Q: If I am the only person to sign up for the class, will the class be canceled?

A: NO! Class will be held as long as one person is signed up.

Q: I am unable to make my class, can I get my money back?

A: Yes, if a cancelation is made more than 48 hours before the start of class, a 100% refund will be given. If a cancelation is made within 48 hours of the start of class, a 50% refund will be given.

Q: I don't see a class that works for me.

A: If you don't see a class scheduled that works for you, or you need a specific class, please fill out our form so we may schedule the correct course for you, that works best with your schedule.

Q: I don't know what course is right for me.

A: Please fill out our form to provide information so we can help figure out the correct course for you!

Q: I need to certify a group all at once, can you do a class for me?

A: Absolutely! Please fill out our form and provide us with the requested information so we can plan your group class.
